The compounding pharmacy that performs like you do.
GenoGenRx is a 503A compounding pharmacy headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. We compound patient-specific medications for physicians in functional, integrative, optimization, aesthetic, and dermatologic medicine — formulations matched to the patients commercial manufacturing cannot serve.
We were built around a simple conviction: compounding is most powerful when the pharmacy thinks about the patient the way the physician does.
Twenty years of clinical depth
GenoGenRx's pharmacy leadership brings more than twenty years of compounding experience in specialty categories — autoimmune-context compounding, hormonal balance, pediatric formulations, dermatologic sensitivity work, and complex multi-ingredient preparations. Our director of pharmacy began her career in compounding rotations under physicians who pioneered clinical work in low-dose naltrexone and adjunctive therapy protocols in the 1980s and 1990s, and has worked with thousands of patients and hundreds of physicians across the specialty categories GenoGenRx serves today.
When a physician calls GenoGenRx with a formulation question, they are talking to a pharmacist who has likely made the compound before, talked to other physicians prescribing it, and followed cases like the one being discussed. That is not the experience most physicians have with their compounding pharmacy.
I speak to so many doctors and they're like, ‘I didn't know you could do that.’ ‘I didn't know you could make that a liquid.’ ‘I didn't know you could put that in a capsule.’ Every day. It's a lack of knowledge.
Brooke Hogg, PharmacistThe standards we hold
GenoGenRx operates under USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines — standards Florida has adopted into law. Every raw material is sourced through FDA-registered suppliers with full chain-of-custody documentation. Every batch goes to independent third-party testing.
The standard we hold
±5%
Our voluntary potency tolerance.
The standard FDA permits
±10%
The variance allowed for pharmaceutical manufacturers under FDA rules.
The standard is voluntary. That it is voluntary is the point.
We hold ourselves at a very high standard — providing a product that the patient can trust and know that there is going to be a positive clinical outcome.
A Certificate of Analysis ships with every order. Stability data, sourcing pedigree, and formulation documentation are available on request and always in the same place.
Who we work with
Our partners are physicians who practice medicine the way we practice pharmacy — with attention to the whole patient, a willingness to question defaults, and a higher standard for the partners they work with. Two segments fit this profile most closely:
Functional and integrative MDs
Treating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and complex cases that conventional pathways have not resolved.
Optimization and longevity physicians
Hormone replacement, peptide therapy, age-management, regenerative and aesthetic practices.
These physicians have built practices around personalized, considered care. They take clinical quality seriously and expect their partners to do the same.
What working with us looks like
Direct pharmacist access
Your pharmacist is reachable for formulation questions, dosing consultations, and clinical context — not a ticket queue.
Predictable turnaround
We set clear timelines and meet them. When something falls outside the timeline, we communicate before you have to ask.
Documentation by default
COAs, stability data, and sourcing records are always available and always in the same location. Process documentation is part of what you receive, not something you have to request.
Transparent pricing
Clear quotes. No surprises on what you ordered, when it arrives, or what it costs.
What we compound
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement (BHRT)
Patient-specific formulations for hormonal optimization — molecularly identical to what the body produces, dosed precisely, documented fully.
Dermatology
Custom topical preparations free of common irritants, dyes, and allergens. Formulated for sensitive and reactive skin when commercial products are not an option.
Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
Two decades of compounding experience with low-dose naltrexone and related preparations. Deep familiarity with the patient population, the protocols, and the prescribing physicians who work in this space.
Peptides and longevity medicine
An expanding formulary developed alongside the functional and longevity medicine community. Physicians interested in peptide compounding are encouraged to register now and be notified at launch.
