How it works

  1. Order for your patient

    Choose a panel and place an order. The kit ships directly to your patient's address.

  2. Sample & lab

    Patient completes a simple cheek swab at home and mails it back with prepaid mailer. Our certified lab runs the tests for the panel you selected.

  3. Results in portal

    Results are delivered to the ICONUS app portal in approximately 3-4 weeks. You're notified in your provider portal — ready to schedule a follow-up.
